    Once an order is placed, we immediately begin the process of creating your handmade item. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
  6. What is your return policy?
    Due to the customized nature of our handmade items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to read the product descriptions, view the provided images, and ask any questions before placing an order. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
  7. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible by filling out a form. We will do our best to update the shipping address for you. However, once an item has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address. Therefore, we kindly request that you double-check the shipping address before completing your purchase.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.
