Due to the handmade nature of our items, and high demand please allow an estimated processing time of approximately 3-6 weeks before your order is shipped. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each item meets our high-quality standards.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods to accommodate domestic and international customers. The available options will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that the estimated shipping time provided by the carrier is separate from the processing time.

3. International Customs and Duties: For international orders, please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs/import fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their respective countries. These additional charges are beyond our control and may vary based on the destination country's regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages: Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

5. Shipping Address: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or misdeliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. Once an item has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the address. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address to receive this information. If you did not provide an email address, we regret that we won't be able to send you the tracking number.

Please note that it may take 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. We appreciate your patience during this time. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate the expected arrival date.

If you have provided a valid email address and haven't received the tracking number within a reasonable time frame after your order has been shipped, please check your spam or junk folder.
